On Boarding Comparison:
This is the process of working with the new hire and the hiring manager to align communication styles quickly…out of the gate. It is combined with the personal debrief of the new hire.
- Personal Assessment Debrief:
- This is the core of the Right Connections Talent Process
- This is a robust, 3-hour conversation and teaching about what the assessment actually means, aligning that with personal situations, learnings, self-observations that allow for the person to engage in self-awareness at a deeper level.
- The comparison is done once a new hire is in the seat for a few weeks to allow for the hiring manager to observe key attributes and working styles of the new hire.
- I then work with the hiring manger to pull out their observations and facilitate a 90-minute conversation between the hiring manager and the new hire.
- The result is strategies and understanding regarding the communication styles, strengths and challenges that now are clear and workable.
